On December 26, 2020, Senior officials of the Gabala Region Executive Power visited residents of Vandam village, Aslanli Ismayil Tofig, Alishanov Yasin Zaur, a resident of Bum village Karimov Omar Lachin, a village of Kichik Pirali village Aghababayev Faig Vahid, a resident of Gushlar village Hayifzada Jasur Elshad, a resident of Tovla village Rahmanov Rahman Eldar, a resident of Khirkhatala village Nadirli Lachin Alamshah who returned home wounded during the Karabakh war. They asked about the problems of the wounded serviceman and his family, and provided them with food aid.
