The results of the official visit of the President Ilham Aliyev to Gabala region and challenges ahead were discussed in the District Executive Power.

The results of the official visit of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev to Gabala region on September 22, 2014 and challenges ahead were discussed at the meeting held in District Executive Power with the participation of the public.
Head of the Executive Power of Gabala region Mr. Sabuhi Abdullayev delivered the report on the matter to the meeting participants.
Drawing attention to the successful continuation by the President Ilham Aliyev of the reforms laid down by national leader Heydar Aliyev, Head of Executive Power spoke about improvement of the welfare of our people, the protection of their rights and freedoms, strengthening of our statehood in the international arena, provision of the balanced development in the country, the works done in the direction of increasing modernization of living conditions of our citizens and achievements in this area.
Speaking of attention and care provided to this region by the highly respected President, the Head of the District Executive Power said that during his administration of the Republic, he came to Gabala with official visit 12 times and each of these visits was turned by the Gabala people into a celebration.
He spoke about the construction in the area of new production sites, sport complexes, a major tourist infrastructure, social facilities, schools, cultural and healthcare centers, kindergartens, new roads, bridges, international airport, the village of food industry, plants for the production of building materials, administrative buildings of state importance, military units, and the implementation of other improvement works, as well as carrying out within the visit of the President to Gabala on September 22 of the opening ceremonies of the "Qafqaz Yengije Termal Hotel and SPA"complex, "Gilan-Gida" Village, the military unit of the Internal Troops No."N", highway Mirzabeyli-Chukhur Gabala-Dizahli-Charkhana and Gabala Archaeological Center, as a result of the care and attention provided by Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
The music festivals and art exhibitions, which attracted world-famous musicians and artists, with the support of the First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva have the exceptional achievements in the recognition of Gabala by the world.
Mr. Sabuhi Abdullayev brought to the attention of the meeting participants that in addition to the assessment of the assigned tasks the Head of State within his visit assigns challenging tasks and intends to have a lot of major projects in the reconstructed Gabala.
