An event devoted to the 21 years anniversary of the New Azerbaijan Party
The event began with putting bunches of flowers on the monument of the national leader, the founder of the party Heydar Aliyev and continued in the assembly hall of the regional executive power. The members of the administrative personnel, the members of the council, the chairmen of the first organizations, the most active members and veterans of the party, as well as the representatives of the societyparticipated in the event. The chairman of the Gabala Regional Organization of New Azerbaijan Party Abil Aghasafov delivered a report on the successes of the party during 21 years. Analyzing the works done during the recent years, the chairman of the party stressed out that all these achievements were obtained on the guidance of the national leader Heydar Aliyev’s farsighted statement that “New Azerbaijan Party is the party of yesterday, today and tomorrow”. He noted that during this period, the ranks of the party have been consolidated both in quantity and in quality and gained the love and support of the people. The speaker also stated that at the result of all these, the chairman of our party Mr.Ilham Aliyev was elected as the head of the country with majority of the votes in the elections held on October, 9 of this year, as people believe in his successful policy to be guarantee of the future. In his speech, Abil Aghasafov noted that as a proof of the party’s stepping together with the people from the very day of its foundation, today 3402 persons out of 5577 persons holding the same political viewsin the region are men, 2175 persons are women, and 1952 persons are young people. At the end of the event, the chairman of the regional organization of the party wished successes and achievements to all party members and said that New Azerbaijan Party will gain new and new achievements in future.
