“Khojaly - the shame of history” video-conference was held.

Employees of Heydar Aliyev Centers of Mingachevir and Shaki cities, Gabala, Balakan, Gakh, Zagatala, Ismayilli districts participated at the video-conference called “Khojaly - the shame of history” dedicated to the 29th anniversary of the Khojaly tragedy on the initiative of the Shaki regional center of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan on February 23, 2021. Employees of Gabala district Heydar Aliyev Center, Kamala Gasimova and Sadaya Nazirova made a speech at the conference.
