A series of events dedicated to the 98th anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev were held in general education schools of the region
Starting from the beginning of May, besides the talks, discussions held with pupils within the framework of a series of events dedicated to the 98th anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, held in general education schools of the region, art exhibitions, poetry and essay writing competitions were organized. Opening the online event, which were held with the participation of school principals and leading teachers in the region’s education departments, with her introductory speech, the head of the Education Department Arifa Bayramova spoke about the life and activity of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, his role in the history of Azerbaijan, noted that the political course initiated by our Great Leader was successfully continued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Then the speakers spoke about the unparalleled activity of Heydar Aliyev in the development of education in Azerbaijan, the political activity of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, who liberated our lands from occupation by fulfilling his father's will.
