On October 20th a presentation of multi-volume work entitled "Heydar Aliyev: personality and time", dedicated to national leader Heydar Aliyev, written by a deputy, honored journalist, writer, publicist Elmira Akhundova was held at the conference hall of the North-Western Regional Centre of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Opening the session with introductory speech, the head of the North-Western Regional Centre of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Sadiq Bakırlı highly praised the work "Heydar Aliyev: personality and time", characterized this multi-volume work as a big creative success of the writer, publicist and public figure Elmira Akhundova.
During the presentation, a report of the chief adviser of the Regional Centre over the work with Local Authorities Magbul Mammadov on the book "Heydar Aliyev: personality and time" was heard.
Speech of the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Organization of the Council of Elders of Azerbaijan Shirin Shirinov was heard with great interest.
