Memorial mini-football match dedicated to the memory of General Major Polad Hashimov was held

On July 13, 2021, mini-football match dedicated to the memory of the National Hero of Azerbaijan, Major-General Polad Hashimov was held among young people in the Gabala Olympic Sports Complex by Youth and Sports Department of Gabala region. Speaking at the opening of event, Head of youth and sports department Fakhri Soltanov talked about the path of Major-General Polad Hashimov, who was martyred for the defense of our lands and Azerbaijan's victory in the 44-day war. A team of city secondary school No.4 took the I place, team of city secondary school No.1 took the II place and Amateur League of Gabala city was awarded the III place in the memorial match. The winners were awarded with cups and diplomas by the Office for Youth and Sports.
