Students of the Baku Music Academy presented the concert program at the Gabala Festival
On August 1st, the students of the Hajibeyov Baku Academy of Music presented another concert program for music lovers at the Heydar Aliyev Congress Center of Gabala within the 12th Gabala Music Festival. The concert featured performances of the winners of national and international competitions. The event was held with participation of the representatives of hosting organizations, as well as local admirers of music and guests of the city. Performances by the presidential scholars Vusala Babayeva (piano), Zarrin Aliyeva (violin), Lala Ibrahimova (vocal), Kamran Talibli (flute), Leyla Zeynalova (piano), Emil Ahmadzade (piano), as well as Elkhan Niftiyev, Fuad Alizade, Laman Seyidova, Jeyran Isayeva, Fagan Hasanli and other pianists, clarinetist Mammadali Pashazade, violinist Nigar Asgarova, oboist Aziz Panakh, cellist Arol Rzayev, vocalists Rza Khosrovzade and Mahira Taghizade were greeted with applause. The concert featured compositions by M.Arnold, F.Chopin, M.Moszkowski, R.Schumann, A.Grünfeld, N.Rimsky-Korsakov, as well as Tofig Guliyev, Niyazi and other composers. Following the festival program, the Baku Chamber Orchestra of the Baku City Main Department of Culture will perform at the Heydar Aliyev Congress Center at 09:00 p.m.
