A contest on artistic reading and drawing was held under the title “Our Way to Victory”

On November 02, 2021, at the Gabala Regional Cultural Center, the artistic reading and drawing contest held under the title “Our Way to Victory” among the creative circles operating in the region’s Cultural institutions dedicated to “November 8 - Victory Day” was summed up. Soltanova Aysel Elchin was awarded the first place in artistic reading, and Nuruyeva Chichak Sarvan was awarded the first place in drawing. The winners were awarded honorary diplomas and gifts by the Cultural Center.
