Graves of the martyrs of the Patriotic War were visited on the occasion of the anniversary of their martyrdom
Today is the anniversary of the martyrdom of our brave sons Mikayil Ahmadov, a resident of Savalan village, Rashid Nasrullayev, a resident of Nij settlement, and Vugar Samadli, a resident of Yengija village, who sacrificed their lives in the battles for the liberation of our lands from the enemy under the leadership of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev. On this occasion, the heads of the region’s executive power, law enforcement agencies, departments, institutions, organizations and the staff of the schools where the martyrs studied visited the graves of all three martyrs. Flowers were laid at the graves of the martyrs, their memories were commemorated and prayers were said for their souls. The families of all three martyrs were visited by the event participants in their homes. Family members of the martyrs thanked the country’s leadership for the attention and care shown by the state.
