An event titled "Combating gender-based violence" took place
On December 6, 2021, an event titled "Combating gender-based violence" was jointly organized by the Gabala Region Executive Power and the Gabala Children and Family Support Center. The event was attended by a representative of the Gabala REP Anar Shirinov, employees of the Gabala CFSC, teachers and students of the Gabala State Vocational Education Center. The speakers told about the work carried out in our country to ensure gender equality. It was noted that "16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence" is an international campaign held annually from November 25th (International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women) till December 10th (International Human Rights Day). Within the event, known as the "16-day campaign", individuals and organizations throughout the entire world are calling upon all people to prevent and eliminate violence against women and girls.
