The project “Robotics Training Club for Schoolchildren” has been completed
An event was held within the project “Robotics Training Club for Schoolchildren” by Saadat Maharramova, a teacher of the complete secondary school No. 2 in Vandam settlement of Gabala region, winner on individual category of the 5th grant competition of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Development and Innovations. Opening the event with her introductory words, Project Manager Saadat Maharramova spoke about the importance of the competition for teachers and students, and gave detailed information about the project “Robotics Training Club for Schoolchildren” noting that more than 60 students (Gabala city complete secondary school No. 3, Gabala city complete secondary school No. 5 and Gabala region Vandam settlement complete secondary school No. 2, among the 1st and 11th grades) were involved in the trainings. Arifa Bayramova, head of the Gabala Region’s Education Department, gave information about our state’s attention and care for the development of education, emphasized the importance of strict compliance with the pandemic rules in continuation of traditional education and said that organization of trainings on robotics for schoolchildren would play an exceptional role in training specialists in this field in the future. At the end, videos reflecting the project activities were watched and the participants presented the robots and handicrafts they made, accompanied by the project trainer Ayaz Mammadov.
