A seminar-workshop was held.

On January 6 a seminar-workshop was held in the Gabala District Executive Power. The meeting was attended by heads of institutions, enterprises, organizations of the district and representatives of administrative areas.
Opening the event with welcome speech, the First Deputy Head of the District Executive Power Abil Aghasafov presented the agenda to the participants. First, he presented the action plan drawn up in accordance with a decree signed by the Head of District Executive Power Mr. Sabuhi Abdullayev, in connection with the twenty-fifth anniversary of the "20 January" tragedy and informed about upcoming deadlines and executors of the impending works.
According to the decree, for an adequate carrying out of national mourning day the specific tasks have been set in the event plan for organizations, including the departments on the culture, education, youth and sports issues. The execution of the working plan, providing the implementation of various events until January 20 has already started.
Then, about the rules of notarial operations at the administrative territorial representative offices the information was provided by the district court judge Vahid Sadigov, in connection with the draft of citizens for an active military duty and military pre-registration - the employee of the Department of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of Gabala Region Sadiq Abilov, on the subject of the registration of the citizens new arriving to the territory - Head of the Passport Service of the District Police Department Elnur Zeynalov, towards the development of new rules of accounting books of the household - the head of statistics Ayaz Iskandarov, concerning the planned construction of new buildings and the preparation of design specifications and estimates - Head of the Department of Architecture of the District Executive Power Tabriz Abdulkhaligov, due to the increased attention to work on compiling of recording and reporting books for 2015 in accordance with the rules of office work, reception of citizens and consideration of their applications - Head of the Department of the District Executive Power on the work with documents and appeals of citizens Fuad Zakariyazade, about the carrying out of the reporting back meetings on the outcome of mobile meetings-receptions of the Head of Executive Power on the territory and works done in the administrative territorial representative offices in 2014 - Head of the Department of the work with territorial governing bodies of District Executive Power Zulfugar Jafarov. In conclusion, the numerous questions of the participants of the seminar-workshop were answered.
