The staff of Gabala Region Department of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription on the occasion of the third anniversary of the Service laid flowers at the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev raised in the center of the city.

In his speech, Chief of the Service Lieutenant Colonel Niyaz Mammadov noted the establishment of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, with the abolition of military recruitment offices in cities and regions, based on the decree signed by the President Ilham Aliyev on February 13, 2012 on the application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Military Duty and Military Service" as a clear example of the successful continuation of reforms in the field of military and noted that each officer involved in this area should bear a serious responsibility.
