A zonal stage of the republican contest for artistic performance was held in Tourism and Hotel Business Vocational Training Center of Gabala.
The aim of the competition is to identify gifted young people among pupils of primary professional and secondary specialized educational institutions, to improve performance culture.
The competition is held on nominations: pop songs of Azerbaijani composers, rhythmic and folk songs, dramatic reading, and national dances.
The zonal stage, held in Gabala, was attended by the winners of initial professional and specialized secondary schools of Balakhani, Zagatala, Gakh, Oguz, Shaki and Gabala regions.
Participants, who won the zonal stage of the contest, organized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan will take part in the nationwide final event, which will take place on April 24th.
