At the initiative of the State Veterinary Control under the Ministry of Agriculture and with the organizational support of the Veterinary Department of Gabala region, the company for the protection and rehabilitation of the forests of the region, as well as local offices of executive power by creating a rapid response service units in the area oral immunization against rabies was carried out on the areas of the city of Gabala, Vandam, Bum, Nij settlements, Mıxlıqovaq, Tikanly, Gamarvan, Khamzali, Nohurgyshlag and Mirzabeyli villages bordering woodland. 6500 doses of bait medication purchased with state funds for oral immunization against infection mentioned, were used by rapid response units on different areas on the basis of the map.
