The National Salvation Day was celebrated.

The Gabala hosted the conference, dedicated to June 15 - the National Salvation Day. First, participants of the event laid flowers at the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev, honored his memory. The conference, organized in Gabala Culture Center, was attended by members of the Gabala region executive power, heads of law enforcement agencies, institutions and companies, representatives of executive authorities, chairmen of municipalities and NAP activists. Congratulating the participants of the conference with the historical holiday, the Head of Gabala District Executive Power Mr. Sabuhi Abdullayev told in detail in his opening speech about the significance of June 15 in the protection of our people and state, he said that the National Salvation of Azerbaijan is the saving ideology of steps made towards the recovery of the state building, traditions of national statehood and strengthening of our independence. This historic event was directly related to the specific features and historical conditions faced by the nation-state building, begun in Azerbaijan since the early 1990s. Sabuhi Abdullayev said that thanks to the saving mission of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijan was saved from the threats encountered, a turning point came in the fate of our people. Speaker stressed that the return of Heydar Aliyev to power at the insistence of the people saved our independent statehood from anarchy, disintegration threats, economic recession, international isolation, along with the rescue of the difficult situation, his return has provided our modern development and well-being. After the establishment of stability in the country in all areas successful reforms have been carried out, recession was averted. As a result of far-sighted policy pursued by the national leader, a solid foundation of modern Azerbaijan society was established. National Salvation Day is the key to today's realities and happy future of Azerbaijan. The concept of an independent state building, developed by a great leader, being the basis of successful modern state of Azerbaijan, laid the foundation for further development and unprecedented success. Once again emphasizing that the current intense and dynamic development of Azerbaijan has begun since the National Salvation Day, Sabuhi Abdullayev brought to the attention that the policy of Heydar Aliyev today is successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev. Speaker noted that the dynamic development of Azerbaijan, recognized by the whole world, first and foremost, is to improve the welfare of our citizens, the country steadily follows the path of rapid progress. Then, at the conference, Deputy Head of the District Executive Power Ataya Osmanova made a speech on the topic "National Salvation Day of Azerbaijan is the highest triumph of the mind of the ever living Heydar Aliyev". During the event the employee of the "Gabala" newspaper Gudrat Samedov, teacher of the secondary school of the Mammadaghali village Elshad Abdurakhmanov spoke on June 15 - National Salvation Day and its role in the formation and development of the independent Azerbaijan. The Head of District Executive Power Mr. Sabuhi Abdullayev summarized the conference.
