Extensive report meeting on socio-economic development results for the first half of 2015 was held in Gabala.

The extensive report meeting on the activities carried out in the sphere of socio-economic development for the first half of 2015 in Gabala was held in the assembly hall of Gabala district executive power. The heads of departments, facilities and organizations, the representatives of local administrative territories, municipalities, entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations participated in the meeting. Declaring the conference open, the Head of District Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev provided information about the works conducted on socio-economic development in the region for the first half of 2015.
It was mentioned that the activities were successfully implemented in the socio-economic sphere in Gabala for the first half of 2015 as well. It was noted that the product costing 69.676 thousand AZN was produced on separate fields of economy during the period, which was 2.312 AZN or 29,1% more compared to the relevant period of the previous year in industry, 404 thousand AZN or 2,1 % in agricultural sector, 104 thousand AZN or 21,4 % in transport, 88 thousand AZN or 17,7 % in communication, 736 thousand AZN or 12,8 % in trade. During this period, gross output per capita is 681 manats, average nominal wages of 850 workers employed in industrial enterprises amounted to 435 manats.
It was noted that since October 2003 to July 1, 2015 13,189 new jobs were opened, including 11,141 permanent jobs. During the reporting period, 493 new jobs were opened. It was brought to the attention that for 6 months in 2015 the construction workы in the building of secondary school number 5 in Gabala, the ski center and hotel "Tufandag", which are part of the “Tufandag” summer and winter mountain skiing resort complex and on objects of the office building of the Gabala District Branch of YAP are fully completed.
Currently, the works are continuing in the Gabala Football Academy and the stadium complex, at the reinforced concrete 10-span bridge of 324 linear meter over Demiraparanchay river, in the "Aquapark" resort complex, "Golf Club" complex, “Tufandag” summer and winter resort complex, administrative building of the District Office of the State Service on mobilization and conscription, the building of the "Grand City" hotel, the administrative building of the district court, the administrative building of the district prosecutor's office, "Rafting Center" in the village of Savalan, at the "Laza" frontier, in the "Hotel complex" at the territory of the lake Nohur, Customs Academy, Gabala district branch service  of "Asan", equestrian center, an administrative building of the agriculture department, a kindergarten for 100 places in the city of Gabala, at the reinforced concrete 1-span bridge of 36 linear meter over Gamarvanchay river, 1350 linear meter reinforced concrete connection length over Demiraparanchay river.
It was noted that in 2015 the start of construction of a new building of the Gabala Professional School, the district central hospital, Engija reservoir, building of one kindergarten for 120 places in the city of Gabala and objects of Nohurgishlag-Tyuntyul-Engija road was provided.
It was noted that at present moment, works are continuing on the improvement in the streets of S.A.Shirvani, I.Gaibov and Musabeyov. The Head of the District Executive Power, informing in detail about the activities of organizations in the education, health, culture and service in the first half of 2015, brought to the attention the holding of positively oriented works towards a solution of citizens applications and the issues raised during mobile receptions.
At the reporting meeting the deputy head of the department of analysis and forecasting of socio-economic development of the district executive power Rahib Akhmedov, Head of the Financial Department Namig Aghayev, director of the District Center for Social Welfare Arzu Hajiyev, head of the district SSPF Ariz Mammadov, in their speeches spoke about the work done in the fields they represent. 
Finally, the Head of Gabala District Executive Power Mr. Sabuhi Abdullayev gave current instructions and recommendations to the heads of departments, organizations and facilities.
