In the Kotuklu village of Gabala region a support building for 80 students of high school have been thoroughly renovated. On September 16, the opening ceremony of the renovated educational building on the part of "Azerbaijan Rural Investment Project 2" under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan was attended by the Deputy Head of Region Executive Power Ataya Osmanova, representative of the investment project Gyulbyaniz Gambarova and villagers. Speaking at the meeting, villagers expressed their gratitude to the head of state for taking care of the education in the region.
