The republican carting competitions started in Gabala.
The republican carting competitions are to be held for the first time in Gabala region. The young people older than 16 years participate in the tournament, organized in the "Qabaland" recreation center. Youth has the greatest interest in carting, which is a kind of a first class for all types of motorsport. At the present time the qualifying round of the competition, organized in connection with the 5th anniversary of the creation of the recreation center, is held. According to the organizing committee of the competition, winner of first place in the tournament held in order to promote motor sports in Azerbaijan at a high level, will be given a cash prize of 500 manats. On December 6 the final stage of the tournament will take place, and the jury will determine the winner. The main goal of the first in the region such a major carting competition is to maintain the development of tourism in Gabala and leisure guests visiting the area.
