National Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan was celebrated.
On October 17 a solemn meeting on the occasion of October 18 - the National Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held in Gabala Culture Center. The event, which was attended by members of the public of Gabala region, chief consultant of the district executive power Zahid Afandiyev congratulated the participants of the meeting on the occasion of the significant day in the history of national statehood, spoke in detail about the progress made in the years of independence. He noted that due to the tireless efforts of the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev state independence, raised to a new stage by the national leader Heydar Aliyev, further strengthened and developed, and with the definition of the new objectives of the social and economic development, our country moves firmly on the way of independence. At the event, members of the "Chinar" instrumental ensemble, students of the district school of arts made an interesting concert program.
