"ASAN xidmət" mobile service in Gabala
Since October 28 "ASAN xidmət" mobile service started to provide services to citizens in the mobile form. These services include notarial activities, the state registration of civil status, issuance and change of identity cards, issuance and change of passports, change of driver's license, appointment of pensions, issuing statements on the primary or repeated registration of ownership of apartments, issuing technical certificates, issuing certificates from the register regarding the description of the property, rights taken for state registration and restrictions (encumbrances), the issuance of certificates, technical certificates of re-registration of ownership of private homes. The main objectives of the implementation of "ASAN xidmət" mobile service are the provision of public services to citizens with more comfortable, new and innovative methods and achieving satisfaction of citizens.
