Gabala's lands, climate are very favorable for the intensive cultivation of viticulture here over large areas all year round. From this point of view, this important area of agriculture is constantly in the spotlight, it's taken more care of its development. Therefore, in recent years in the area important measures are carried out for the revival of viticulture, the return of its former glory. According to the "State Program on development of viticulture in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2012-2020" individuals and legal entities do consistent work aimed at the development of this sphere. This year, farmers laid out 15 hectares of vineyards and from the fructiferous vineyards of 480 hectares 3743 tonnes of product were harvested. Grape harvesting is continued.
