At the Center for Resource and Training of Gabala Regional NGOs, with the financial support of the Council on State Support to NGOs under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "El Gyujyu"("People Power") International Humanitarian Association Non-governmental Organisation held the event within the project "Bringing regional youth to volunteering". The event participants were informed in detail about the contract on volunteering, on the law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Voluntary Activities", the participation of volunteers in NGOs, volunteer psychology, motivation, technique of successful performance in front of the crowd and other topics. Finally, discussions were held on topics of interest to participants.
