Acquaintance of our students with the north region ended in Khachmaz, the city of museums and parks.
As we informed, the students from Gabala visited Khachmaz region within the educative tour-campaign of “Let’s know our country” on November 19. The students began their acquaintance with Khachmaz region by visiting the monument of Heydar Aliyev, the nationwide leader, built in the centre of the city. Later the students in Heydar Aliyev Centre were informed of rich life of the great leader and invaluable works by him for the development of the country. The participants were in the Museum of Personalities created under the open sky in Khachmaz. They were told that today Khachmaz region which is known as the city of parks and museums has 8 parks, 11 museums, 11 waterfalls, more than 100 fountains and 104 monuments. Then the participants of the tour-campaign visited Khachmaz Museum of History and Ethnography put into operation with the participation of the President of Ilham Aliyev in 2013, got familiar with state art gallery, carpet museum and flag square complex. After getting familiar with Khachmaz region the students were seen off to Gabala.
