By the Decree No. 1804 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated on December 2, 2006, December 6 is assigned as a professional holiday of workers of communication and information technologies area. In connection with yesterday Gabala communication workers celebrated their professional holiday. Communication workers paid tribute to the national leader Heydar Aliyev and laid flowers to his monument, took pictures in front of the monument.
