Chairman of the State Social Protection Foundation Elman Mehdiyev received Gabala citizens.
On December 16, Chairman of State Social Protection Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elman Mehdiyev received payers of compulsory state social insurance and pensioners from the region districts in Gabala Culture Centre. Residents of Gabala, Aghdash, Goychay and Ujar regions, who came to the appointment of the foundation chairman addressed mainly for awarding of pensions, changes in the type of labour pensions, a number of legal aspects of pensions recalculation, including non-inclusion in the seniority period the work period earned in the territory of other states, as well as the period of work in the former Soviet era due to the lack of relevant archival documents. Also during the meeting, there were heard numerous suggestions and complaints concerning accrual of bonuses for years of service on labour pension, inclusion of the period of full-time education into social security and so on. During the reception held with the participation of the officials of foundation, including the heads of the departments of Gabala, Aghdash, Goychay and Ujar regions, up to 30 applications of citizens were considered in total. The foundation chairman Elman Mehdiyev listened carefully appeal of every citizen and gave concrete instructions for appropriate actions in connection with the solution to their problems during the meeting held in terms of ‘open door’. Residents who came to the reception expressed satisfaction with the organization of regular reception of citizens on-site by the heads of central executive bodies in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of President Ilham Aliyev and thanks to the head of state for the great care and attention rendered to pensioners.
