Minister of Agriculture received regional citizens in Gabala.
Heydar Asadov, the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with residents of Gabala, Ismayilli, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Absheron regions at the Gabala Cultural Center on December 25. The appeal of nearly 40 citizens was considered in the reception held with the participation of heads of departments and subordinate bodies of the Ministry. The received citizens appealed mainly about granting preferential loans to the farmers, helping to purchase agricultural machinery, increasing hardware, resolution of problems arising in association land shares, strengthening the veterinary control service, employment in accordance with specialty and other issues. Listening to appeals, complaints and suggestions of the citizens, the Minister gave instructions to heads of corresponding structures of the Ministry for their comprehensive study and for taking measures in accordance with the legislation. During a meeting with residents Heydar Asadov gave detailed explanation about the orders signed by the head of state on the development of agriculture in recent years, emphasized that the adopted decrees and decisions would give impetus to the improvement of overall well-being of agricultural producers and the development of agriculture in our country. At the reception a part of citizens’ appeals were solved on the spot, while the other raised issues were taken under control for investigation. Appeals, which are not related to the activity scope of the Ministry, have been registered for delivery to the other relevant bodies. The received citizens expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care shown.
