Bloody tragedy of humanity.
A commemoration ceremony dedicated to the 24th anniversary of Khojaly genocide was held on February 24 at Gabala Tourism and Hotel Business Vocational Training Center with the participation of students’, teachers’ and pedagogical staff. First, participants of the event honoured the memory of Khojaly tragedy martyrs with a minute of silence. Director of the training centre Eyvaz Kazimov bringing to the attention that the memory of genocide victims would never be wiped off the hearts said that as a result of the domestic and foreign policy conducted by the President of the country, Commander-in-chief Ilham Aliyev, our lost territories will be returned back in a short time and our compatriots killed by armenians will be avenged. Speaking at the event deputy director of the centre on training-manufacturing activities Reyhan Mammadova, production training foreman Azer Abdulkhaligov, librarian Lala Aghamirzali, psychologist Vusala Garibova and the student of computer operators’ group of the centre Ulkar Osmanli spoke about the bitter results of the massacre committed in Khojaly town 24 years ago on the night of February 25 - 26 by Armenian nationalists with the help of 366th motorized rifle regiment of the former USSR, of ruthless reprisal against peaceful population and gave detailed information to the meeting participants on the number of the killed, lost and captured people. It was noted that already all the world, all the humanity condemn the horrible genocide perpetrated against Azerbaijani people and look forward for the perpetrators of this massacre to be punished.
