Bum village first provided with natural gas.
The village Bum of Gabala region was first provided with natural gas. The event on this occasion was attended by SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev, Milli Majlis deputy Fattah Heydarov and the representatives of Gabala Region Executive and Azeriqaz Production Association. It was reported that for gasification of the village with 1,264 subscribers, transporting and yard gas lines were conducted on the basis of a single-stage system with plastic pipes of 1,875 meters in length and metal pipes of 80 thousand 609 meters in length and different diameters, 1,264 counters and individual regulators were installed. In his speech, SOCAR President R.Abdullayev congratulated the villagers on the occasion of this significant event and spoke about the targeted measures in the field of reconstruction of gas supply system and gasification of villages taken in the recent years in all parts of the country. He noted that the accelerated provision of settlements without gas with ‘blue fuel’ serves to improve the welfare of our people. SOCAR President underlined that the work on gasification of the republic will continue in the future too. The villagers and members of the public expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the supply of natural gas to the village.
