The regional seminar meeting was held in Gabala on the subject of "Fire Safety of Grain and Commercial Crops, and of Woods".
In the city of Gabala a regional seminar meeting on the subject of "Fire Safety of Grain and Commercial Crops, and of Woods" was held. The seminar was organized by Public Service of the Fire Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES). At first the participants of the event laid flowers at Heydar Aliyev's monument and honoured the memory of the great leader. The representatives of executive power of the region, municipality chairmen, farmers, representatives of inspectorate of technical supervision, of the enterprises for protection and restoration of the woods, and of public corporation “Agroleasing” took part at the meeting. A video featuring the activity of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was shown at the event. The chief of northwest establishment of the Public Service of Fire Control Gudrat Azimov, staff of the promotion department of the Public Service of Fire Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Rovshan Bakirov and Elnur Hajibabayev during their speeches talked about collecting, transportation, storage and processing of grain and commercial crops during the summer period, and also about the tasks of ensuring fire safety in the woods. At the event a big part was assigned to the informing the publicity of the fires. There were speeches on subjects about fire safety measures when collecting, transporting, storing and processing grain and commercial crops, about fire safety measures in the woods, about legal responsibility for violations of fire safety rules, about labor protection and technical safety. A booklet "Fire Safety Measures for Grain and Commercial Crops, and Woods" was distributed to the event participants.
