Gabala city hosted a zonal meeting on the use of records on the farm over rural administrative-territorial districts.

The meeting held with the joint organizational support of the State Statistics Committee and the department for work with the regional administration and local government of the Administration of the President was attended by the deputies on socio-economic issues of executive power heads of Gabala, Ismayilli, Oguz regions, representatives of rural administrative-territorial districts, heads of local bodies of statistics, officials, responsible for maintaining accounting records. Opening the event, head of the department of analysis and forecasting of social and economic development of Gabala Region Executive Power - the deputy head Arif Allahverdiyev, welcoming the participants of the event, spoke about the importance of the event, expressed his gratitude to the people responsible for the organization of such an event in Gabala region. Addressing the event, Deputy Chairman of the State Statistics Committee Rauf Salimov brought to the attention that, in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in connection with the improvement of statistical records on the economic sphere of the country, including agriculture, the Committee carried out the necessary reforms through study of international experience of taking the necessary steps for the development of statistics. One of the large-scale works carried out in this direction is to improve the accounting documents for each sector, which will provide extensive information about each farm on rural communities, which are an important source of information for the organization of agricultural statistics. Rauf Salimov noted that in the future the State Statistics Committee will create the electronic form of records on the farm, and work is currently undergoing to establish the database for each farm, to conduct electronic registration of change and inter-regional reconciliation in the automatic mode. Speaking at a meeting the responsible officer of the Administration of the President Rufat Aliyev spoke about the challenges faced by rural territorial districts offices in connection with the application of new accounting documents on the farm. The meeting participants of the event through the slides were provided with the rules of drawing up accounting documents on rural administrative territorial districts, their questions were answered.
