Ramil Usubov held ceremonial review in Gabala.
Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov, on May 17, at the area of the military unit of Internal Troops in Gabala held ceremonial review in connection with the admission to the service at the vacant positions of privates and junior officers of the territorial police force of North-West region, as well as positions for civil servants, in the framework of the execution of country's presidential decree "On ensuring citizens' participation in the protection of public order". In ceremonial review was attended by the people residing in the region who wish to serve in the police and internal troops. Of them, the most qualified were selected to serve in the police and Interior Troops, and young candidates for the positions of civil servants, in this connection, the relevant orders were given to the heads of the relevant departments for the preparation of documents. Speaking to the candidates, the minister recalled that in recent years, the recruitment of the internal affairs bodies is based on the principles of transparency, fairness and explicitness. It was noted that, in total, improving the level of staff training, showing young employees due attention and care are among the priorities, issues under permanent control in the activities of the country and MIA. Minister of Internal Affairs also pointed out the fact that the participation of citizens in the maintenance of public order is based on the principles of voluntariness, the rule of law, the benefits of protecting the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, respect for honor and dignity of people, mutual cooperation with relevant government agencies and non-replacement of the powers of the police.
