The event on the occasion of June 1st - International Day for Protection of Children was held at the Heydar Aliyev Park with the participation of the region executive power, collectives of the departments, enterprises and organizations of the region, teachers of comprehensive schools, preschool educational institutions and children. The event organized by the region executive power was interesting and entertaining for children. Rafiga Shirinova, director of Children's Creativity Center named after J. Yusifov, made introductory speech in the meeting. She congratulated children in association with the holiday and gave detailed information on the rights of the children. Then she reviewed various handworks prepared by children. During the event, “Tabassum” dance group of Children’s Creativity Center performed dances of Azerbaijani, Indian, Uzbek, Russian people, cheerful songs were sounded.
