Within short time Nohurgishlag - Tuntul - Yengija highway of Gabala region was reconstructed and put into operation.
Within the framework of "State Program on Socio-Economic Development of Regions of Azerbaijan Republic in 2014-2018" Nohurgishlag - Tuntul - Yengija local road, separated on a 52 km of Garamaryam-Ismayilli-Sheki republican road, was reconstructed. According to information, the length of the two-lane highway, reconstructed in accordance with the IV technical category, is 12.2 km, the width - 6 m, width of the bed, depending on the area ranges from 8-10 meters. In both areas the existing shoulders reinforced, where needed, new shoulder mounted. The existing shoulders have been fixed on both directions and new shoulders have been set where required. During major repair, deformed parts of the roadway have been dislocated and re-fixed by pouring carbonate-structured material. Upper layer of the old asphalt-concrete surfacing has been scoured and carried away. In general, new asphalt-concrete surfacing was paved to more than 55 thousand square meter of the road. During the works done damaged water pipes, which were deemed for water transmission under the highway, have been replaced with new ones and new water passages have been constructed. Overall, 12 units of water pipes of 113 meters length of different diameters and size were constructed and repaired. In addition, on the 3.8 kilometer of the road, in the Tuntul village 1 concrete bridge was built of 5 m length, and width - 7 meters. Road signs were set up where necessary in order to regulate the movement of vehicles and traffic lines and road mark lines were drawn. As a result unrestricted access to the Garamaryam-Ismayilli-Shaki highway was provided for smoothing movement of nearly 7 thousand people of 3 settlements of Gabala district.
