Visit to Gabala of the winners of the essay competition "What do I know about Azerbaijan?"
In accordance with the joint statement of the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic essay competition on the topic "What do I know about Azerbaijan?" was conducted among foreign young people in February-April 2015, the visit to Azerbaijan of the winners from Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bhutan, the Czech Republic, France, India, Lithuania, Mexico, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia was provided on July 10-20, 2016. Representatives of foreign youth, planning to travel Azerbaijan inside out, in the framework of the visit on July 13-15 2016 visited Gabala. Visiting historical and artistic reserve "Chukhur Gabala", the location of the ruins and the walls of the fortress of the ancient Gabala city, the former capital of ancient Caucasian Albania, the museum and "Tufandag" Summer and Winter Recreation and Tourism Complex, the guests got acquainted with the historical monuments of the region, its rich nature, tourist infrastructure.
