Management of the Prosecutor General's Office held a meeting in Gabala.
Great operational meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Namig Askerov, Member of the Board of Prosecutor’s General Office, the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Justice Counselor of the 2nd rank, at the administrative building of the Gabala Region Prosecutor's Office on July 19. The meeting was attended by the operational staff of the Prosecutor's Offices of Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Aghdash, Ujar, Zagatala, Balakan, Oghuz, Gakh, Gabala and Sakhi. Before the event, the participants and Mr. Abil Aghasafov, the First Deputy Head of Gabala Region Executive Power, visited the monument to the Natinal Leader Haydar Aliyev built in the central park of Gabala city and laid carnations in front of the monument. In the framework of the operational meeting the measures taken by the prosecutor's offices of the regions in the first half of 2016 aimed at fight against crime, strengthening the rule of law and protection of citizens' rights and freedoms were discussed and relevant tasks were given for increasing the efficiency of the works executed by the prosecutor's offices in this field.
