The VIII International Music Festival starts in Gabala.
Today, another grand celebration of art - the VIII International Music Festival will be opened in Gabala with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Today 3 concerts will be held under the music festival, which is an international project of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Concerts at 15:00 and 18:00 will be held in the Chamber Hall of the Congress Center of Heydar Aliyev. And at 21:00 on the open air stage in front of the center's building, the opening ceremony of the VIII Gabala International Music Festival will be held. The Azerbaijan State Symphonic Orchestra named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli under the People's Artist Rauf Abdullayev will perform at the opening ceremony. The festival will be attended by prominent musicians, art ensembles, soloists and conductors from Azerbaijan and foreign countries. Within the framework of the VIII International Music Festival in Gabala the Piano Competition will be held from August 2 to 5. On the territory where the festival will run until 5 August, preparatory works were done for the music holiday, the installation of the stage for outdoor concerts to be held is completed.
