A concert of the world famous German orchestra "Philharmonia of the Nations" was held within the VIII Uzeyir Hajibeyli International Music Festival, conducted in Gabala supported by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, with the organizational support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. During the music evening in the Congress Center of Heydar Aliyev in Gabala city, which was attended by members of the public, workers of culture and art, admirers of Uzeyir Hajibeyli's music, it was told about the glorious path of life of the great composer, meaningful and multi-faceted activity, irreplaceable merits in the development of the national musical culture. It was said that Uzeyir who presented the shining pearls to the treasure house of world music is the founder of professional music in Azerbaijan, the creator of the school of composers, the musical comedy genre. After the speeches, a great concert of the "Philharmonia of the Nations" Orchestra was conducted under the guidance of renowned German conductor, pianist and soloist Justus Frantz. The "Philharmonia of the Nations" Orchestra presented by musicians of different peoples of the world with great skill performed works of genius composers Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Gara Garayev, Ludwig van Beethoven, Frederic Chopin and Antonio Vivaldi. The orchestra was accompanied on violin by the known musician of Europe and Russia, the wife of Justus Frantz Kseniya Dubrovskaya. Execution of the works of Azerbaijani composers in the repertoire of the German orchestra aroused great interest among the visitors and the musicians received a standing ovation.
