A training workshop was held.

The Gabala Region Executive Power hosted a training workshop titled "Providing information security" with the participation of deputies of the city, settlement and rural administrative territorial districts of the region. Speaking at the meeting the head of REP department of analysis and information Zahir Karimov noted, that nowadays the use of the latest technologies, electronic means in public administration has become an indispensable factor. It was noted that in order to ensure the efficiency of solving the citizens' appeals to the region executive power, in accordance with the "Rules of gov.az domain administration" of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the e-mail addresses, allotted for public bodies under the gov.az domain of the state web segment, were created on the REP official website "www.qebele-ih.gov.az" to contact the head of the executive power, as well as all the employees of the unit of the head of executive power. It was noted that this is one of the main tasks in order to ensure information security in government bodies. The speaker brought to the attention that, given all this, in order to ensure the security of electronic document management, carried out by the regional offices of the administrative districts, and correspondences carried out via e-mail and incoming e-applications, the e-mail addresses were opened under the "gov.az" domain for each city, settlement and village of the region, in overall 60 administrative territorial districts. Then the main consultant of the REP department on the work with regional authorities and local self-government bodies Absalam Huseynov in his speech spoke about ensuring the accuracy, integrity and reliability of the messages received and sent to the administrative territorial districts. Engineer of the central ATS of the Gabala region Telecommunication unit Kanan Salimov, participating in the event, in his speech told in detail about the information security during the exchange of information, the value of the use of protected communication channels. During the training workshop the e-mail addresses, allotted by gov.az domain for administrative territorial districts of the region were presented, the questions of participants were answered.
