In the framework of the VII Azerbaijani-Russian Interregional Forum held in Baku, the Agreement was signed on cooperation and fraternal relations between the Gabala Region Executive Power of Azerbaijan Republic and Administration of the Kislovodsk resort town of Stavropol Krai of the Russian Federation. The agreement reflected the creation of favorable conditions for the development of mutually beneficial relations in the direction of the bilateral issues of economy, industry, agriculture, science, health, culture, resort business and tourism, employment and social protection of the population. The agreement was signed on behalf of Azerbaijan by the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev, and on behalf of the Russian Federation by the Head of the Administration of Kislovodsk resort town of Stavropol Krai Alexander Kurbatov.
