"Gabala Voice" literary community was created.
A meeting of the "Gabala" newspaper's editor and staff with readers, engaged in artistic publications was held in the Gabala Region Cultural Center. The meeting was opened with the introductory speech by the editor Varis Yagubov, he spoke about the aims of the event. Varis Yagubov noted that "Gabala" newspaper has decided to further strengthen relationships with readers, engaged in artistic publications. Because meaningful artistic articles enhance the readability of newspapers, make them colorful. Editor urged writers to be active and to further improve communication with the editors. Employee of the newspaper Gudrat Samadov told about the situation with communication of "Gabala" newspaper editorial office with amateur writers, he spoke about the artistic quality of the articles submitted for publication to the editorial office. To activate the readers engaged in artistic publications, to facilitate the work with them, on the proposal of the event participants, the literary community called "Gabala Voice" has created a supervisory board to assess and direct the artistic publications. The board's composition was elected. Then the editorial board of "Gabala" newspaper was approved. In order to reflect promptly in the newspaper the information on events, works on improvement and creation held in towns and villages of the district, the correspondent posts were established in the Vandam, Bum, Nij settlements and Hajialili village. Writers Nargila Gafarova, Emin Baratoghlu, Ahmad Mammadli, Rasim Bayramoghlu, Zahid Efendiyev, Garib Huseynov, Mehrali Mehraliyev and others in their speeches expressed the view on the event, had an exchange of views.
