Gabala District Organization of New Azerbaijan Party held a conference of Women's Council.
On 1st May the District Organization of New Azerbaijan Party held a regular conference of Women's Council. Conference participants first laid flowers at the monument of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, and then the conference was continued in the conference hall of organization.
Conference was opened by the deputy chairman of the organization, Elchin Taghiyev. Thereafter the Chairperson of Women's Council, Arifa Bayramova, made progress report. The report analyzed the role of women in the public life of the region and the progress made in this direction.
During the report, the doctor of diagnostic and treatment center, Shahla Marikova, Head of Culture and Tourism, Nargila Gafarova, director of the Heydar Aliyev Center, Hayala Isayeva, a teacher of the high secondary school No. 2 of the city, Vusala Namatova, head of the club of Hajialili village, Afet Aliyeva have spoken about the role of women in social and political life of the country and the region, about the care provided to them by the state.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of Executive Power of the region, Ataya Osmanova told in detail about the role of women in society and gave them helpful hints.
Summing up the conference the District Organization of New Azerbaijan Party has chosen Shahla Malikova, Arifa Bayramova and Nargila Gafarova from the members of the Women's Council as delegates of New Azerbaijan Party to the Republican Conference of the Women's Council.
