Communication workers celebrated their professional holiday.
On December 6 the professional holiday of workers of communication and information technologies area was celebrated in Gabala region. First, participants of the event, with respect commemorating the great leader Heydar Aliyev, laid flowers to his monument. Then the event was organized in the "Communication House". Attending the event, the first deputy head of the Region Executive Power Abil Aghasafov in his speech congratulated all workers of communication and information technologies area on the occasion of the professional holiday. It was noted that this day was established by the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated December 02, 2006. Since then, employees of communication and information technologies celebrate their professional holiday throughout the country. Speakers at the meeting brought to attention that in an independent Azerbaijan the communication area started to develop during the rule of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and the work in this direction continues successfully thanks to the attention and care of President Ilham Aliyev. It was noted that the Head of State has consistently carried out purposeful work to implement the most advanced technologies in Azerbaijan, provide high quality services to the population, create favorable conditions for operation of information technologies in society.
