The enlightening tour-campaign "Learning our country" is continuing with the participation of the students of IX-XI forms of cities and regions of our republic.

Within the tour-campaign on March 18th the students from Yevlakh city, Goranboy, Kalbajar and Khojaly regions arrived in Gabala. The students were greeted at a high level by the employees of the executive power and education department of the region in front of the Heydar Aliyev Center in Gabala city. Then the schoolchildren joined the celebration of Novruz, organized in the Heydar Aliyev Park. Students watched festive exhibitions, a concert, entertaining games, each one more interesting than the other. Then, schoolchildren who took the bus on a tour of the region sights, historical places, industrial enterprises and tourist sites, was reported by the group leaders that Gabala is a good example of social and economic development in our republic today. The new industrial enterprises created in the region, industrial and tourist infrastructure play an exceptional role in the growth of the dynamics of economic development of Gabala. Carrying out of international and large-scale events in Gabala once again confirms the natural beauty of this region and its great importance for international tourism. 160 people in the 4 groups, who took part in the tour-campaign, during the day got acquainted with the Heydar Aliyev Center, the "Tufandag" Winter-Summer Tourist Recreation Center, the Heydar Aliyev Congress Center, the local history museum, the "Beltmann" piano factory, the Albanian-Udi "Chotari" Church in Nij settlement, the Gabala Canning Factory, the Gabala archaeological center, Nokhur lake, "Seven beauties" waterfall, the "Qəbələnd" recreation and entertainment center. During the tour, organized in Gabala, along with the rest of the students, great importance was also attached to their education. Students at the end of the visit to Gabala also got acquainted with the five-star hotels and recreation centers, the modern tourist infrastructure created in the region, the picturesque nature of the region.
