Educational tour-campaign arranged in Gabala under the slogan “Learning our country” ended.
The member of 5 groups composed of schoolchildren of Tovuz, Gazakh, Goychay, Dashkasan, Aghstafa regions participating in the educational tour-campaign arranged under the slogan “Learning our country” departed from Gabala to their homelands on March 26. The participants of tour-campaigns seen off by officials of Executive Power of Region and Education Department expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for his attention and care. Bus Convoy of participants departed from “Qafqaz Karvansaray” hotel to the regions. A total of 225 pupils were acquainted with the work done in the field of socio-economic development of Gabala region, social facilities built in recent years, recreation and entertainment centers, historical and cultural monuments, tourism facilities and museums on March 16-19 within the tour-campaign program. During the educational tour-campaign the schoolchildren were informed about the history, traditions, geography, tourism facilities, historical and cultural monuments. Intellectual games and various quizzes were held and musical evening was organized with the participation of students. Schoolchildren resting in the lap of beautiful nature and taking memorial photos left Gabala with good impressions.
