The exhibition of young artist Dilbar Tahirova was opened.
A solo exhibition of a young and talented artist from the Gabala region, Dilbar Tahirova, dedicated to the "Year of Islamic Solidarity" and the IV Islamic Solidarity Games was opened. Famous representatives of intelligentsia of the country, representatives of the Gabala Region Executive Power, education and culture workers, and representatives of the youth took part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition, consisting of drawings and handicrafts organized in the Gabala Culture Center. Head of the Department for Social, Political and Humanitarian Affairs of the Gabala Region Executive Power, Deputy Head of the Region Executive Power Ataya Osmanova, Doctor of Philology, Professor Abid Tahirli, Representative of Ismayilli Regional Department of Culture and Tourism in Gabala Region Nargila Gafarova, Associate Professor of Azerbaijan State Economic University Namig Muradov spoke about the significance of the exhibition organized in connection with the "Year of Islamic solidarity". Speakers at the exhibition highly appreciated handworks glorifying the world, Islamic unity, nature. It was noted that in a few days in our country the IV Islamic Solidarity Games will start. In the exhibited works, Dilbar Tahirova, who holds a degree in education, emphasized the importance of this international sporting event. It was brought to attention that the exhibition will attract great interest of residents and tourists visiting the Gabala region. The exhibition demonstrated painting, embroidery, carving, paintings on canvas, samples of decorative and applied art. Young and talented artist Dilbar Tahirova in her speech said that since her childhood she has been engaged in painting, embroidery and making various souvenirs. She expressed her gratitude to everyone who joined the personal exhibition on the occasion of the "Year of Islamic Solidarity" and an important international event that will be held in our country next month, the IV Islamic Solidarity Games. D.Tahirova said that she presented about 70 drawings and other interesting crafts at the exhibition: "This is my first personal exhibition. Until now, my works have been shown at many exhibitions held in the region. I was preparing for my own exhibition for a long time. I hope my works will interest everyone." Then the acquaintance with the painting works took place. At the exhibition, oil paintings on various topics by Dilbar Tahirova, as well as her unusual handworks made of shells, glass, wood and stone were met with great interest.
