The Shooting World Cup will take place in Gabala.
On June 7, the World Cup on Olympic shooting starts in the Trap Shooting and Archery Complex in the Bum village of Gabala region.
About 900 sportsmen from more than 45 countries, as well as official guests, will take part in the competitions held with the organizational support of the "Gabala" Shooting Club and the Azerbaijan Shooting Federation. The world famous shooters, as well as World and European champions, winners of the Olympic Games will be among them.
During a representative competition, which will continue until June 14, the shooters will fight for 10 sets of medals. Young men and women during the competition will demonstrate their abilities to hit the target with a pistol and a rifle at a distance of 10, 25 and 50 meters.
The official opening ceremony of the tournament will be held on June 7. We would like to mention that in accordance with the schedule of the International Shooting Federation, this competition is one of the most important competitions after the World and European Championships.
