Training was held under the title "The First Step in Career".
On July 4, 2017 a training for women entitled "The First Step in Career" was held in the Gabala Regional "ASAN Service" Center with the joint organization of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic, the State Agency for Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Gabala Children and Family Support Center.
In accordance with paragraph 13.5.6 of the National Action Plan on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings for 2014-2018, the main purpose of the training conducted to prevent girls from evading their studies is to motivate Gabala region secondary schools students, as well as women, being uncertain in the choice of profession, help them in choosing career, as well as stimulating their personal development.
The training consisted of two parts: In the first part, the Gabala region female residents, who achieved success in their careers, shared their success stories with the participants. In the second part of the event, the participants not only participated in trainings on the topics of career success, types of character and personality, but were also involved in interactive games. At the end of the training, the participants were awarded certificates.
