Performance of “Baku Chamber Orchestra” received a big round of applause in Gabala
IX Gabala International Music Festival held with the organizational support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and with the support of Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and “Gilan Holding” continues successfully. On the open-air stage installed in the park in front of the Heydar Aliyev Congress Center, the concert of Baku Chamber Orchestra of Baku Music Academy named after U.Hajibayli took place. The orchestra was accompanied by Honored Artist, Presidential scholar, conductor Fuad Ibrahimov. "Navarra" by P. Sarasate, "Summer" of "Four seasons" concert by A. Vivaldi, “Nizami” symphony by F.Amirov, "Sea" symphony by F.Badalbayli, “Plink Plank Plunk” by L. Andersen, “Gaytaghi” by Niyazi were performed at the concert. The performance of Baku Chamber Orchestra received a big round of applause from local and foreign spectators. Afterwards the performance of the soloist of Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, khananda Arzu Aliyeva took place. She was accompanied by Honored Artist Etibar Gasimbayli (accordion) and young musician Nijat Masimov (balaban). In this musical evening Azerbaijani folk songs such as “Gal biza”, “Sari galin”, “Garagile” were presented. At the end Azerbaijan folk dance “Uzundara” was performed.
